I hope that the UK, and Europe keeps Assange safe.

Support Wikileaks, support freedom of speech!

Pete King is listed twice #9 on the list as well as #12.

Yes... it's silly to call them Representatives and/or Congressmen... but that's the way we roll.

Boycott Donors
Wouldn't it be better to boycott all those companies which have donated money to those US politicians who now criticize Wikileaks/call for Assange to be killed?

Donor info is easy to get via Opensecrets.org.

Granted, not all of those companies have a world-wide presence but some do. That would be enough. Make a multi-lingual site telling people not to buy/use product X in their countries while at the same time informing the companies involved. That could put the pressure on US politicians, I believe.

Just my 2 cents.

I find so cynic that American politicians are always talking about "freedom of speech" but look what they're doing to Assange. I suppose that's what Orwell called "doublethink"... ¡Viva Wikileaks!

Well, you could make a whole other list of organizations against him. Including: Paypal, Twitter, All Governments, Amazon, and that French Webhost. From what I was reading in the news you can even add Mastercard to the list for denying donations.

FORTUNATELY, we still have these as our allies: Visa, Swiss Pirate Party, Piratebay, Google, and Anon.

Visa dumped him. Yahoo is replacing article comment posts with their own viewpoint. While media organizations are using headlines to paint a negative picture of Assange and any of his supporters, besides they are not mentioning key points in their headlines or articles, one being that more than one of the cables show the governments control over our media releasing any information that our government doesn't agree with. Just do a search on the us cable involving Russia mastercard and visa and you will see almost none appear, but plenty articles state that Assange supporters attacked those sites. Assange has made it clear our government, corporations, and new/media agencies have been withholding information from us and even as he is trying to get us the information they are still doing it.

What is happing right now is a danger to the free internet. The internet society has engaged in a scenario planning exercise to reveal plausible courses of events that could impact the health of the Internet in the future. You can see the videos here: The future of the internet
The Internet Society is founded upon key principles of free expression and non discrimination that are essential to preserve the openness and utility of the Internet. We believe that this incident dramatically illustrates that those principles are currently at risk.

I am 62 years old and have voted most of my life...but what I better understand now ever than I did before is that my vote was being exploited . Therefore I will nolonger support any political party ever again with my "TIME" my "MONEY " or my VOTE.

Yet I do retain the right to object , simply because I am a tax payer. Political Party's are nothing more than legalized gangs, that hijack what should be the peoples system. The sooner we stay away from the ballott box the better off we all will be, because democracy is a "MYTH".
